Art or vandalism?

Not much chance of a good blip when you go to work in the dark and come home in the dark and the day is dreary and wet besides!

Bristolians do love their graffiti (street art if you like) and this turned up near my work before Christmas. I can't say it's my cup of tea. I can see the appeal of Banksy, with his sharp wit and social commentary.

One more work day and then off Friday so hopefully a better blip then.
