Gentle Henry...

Posing for you this evening as we went for a walk along the green belt next to the river a few minutes from my home. It's been a glorious summers day . Behind Henry is a tall tree called a Yellow wood tree( National Tree of South Africa) or 'Podocarous Latifolous' which my then husband planted when my eldest son Jack was born twenty three years ago. We had planned to plant one for each child, only I had three children in three years and we were far too busy and far too exhausted to remember !! But every time I see this tree it gives me such pleasure.
