Chicken soup

it's greek dinner around the world night tonight, where participants cook a greek meal and share it online

my chicken soup doesn't look greek at all, it kind of looks international, but i can assure you it is very very greek: the chicken was raised somewhere on the mainland, the potatoes, onions, garlic and carrots were grown locally, the lemon juice and pepppers came from the garden, and the olive oil that is shining on the top of it is our own produce, and this was all accompanied by my own home-cured olives and some bakery bread
