Set Block
This is what remains from the original set stone of the Park Enggineering works, cold set division which rolled steel which ws used in the production of the merlin engine for the Spitfire in WW2
This section of the factory was oficially closed in 1969 and remained until delapidation forced the removal in whole in 1972. The Park family origially opened the steel works as a blacksmith in 1782 and it remained in the faily until 1t closed.
