Lemon Meringue Cupcakes!

I was blog trawling in a down moment yesterday and came across this post... I have a creme brulee blowtorch and have been wanting to use it for agesssss!

So I decided I would make them and photograph bits and pieces of the process.

It was fun! And tasty!
