Spreading The Word

Here's my colleague and pal Wilson on the Thames Clipper from Embankment to St Georges Wharf Vauxhall this morning. I caught the boat at Bankside and we rendezvous-ed at Embankment in a very "George Smiley" sort of arrangement - we had a fine time. "Very civilised way to travel," concluded Wilson. Indeed, old chap.

More or less as soon as I got to Vauxhall, I realised I had to travel back to Bankside so I ended up with 4 boat trips today - to Vaux, back to Bank, Vaux again and then after a very expensive meal with colleaagues - "home". Very enjoyable.

Back to Scotland on Thursday, early as I can stand it - and looking forward to it!
