"the uninspired blip"

By jmk80fs

Not a lot of people know this . . . (16/365)

Apparently, beneath St. George's Hall, Liverpool are a labyrinth of catacombes, they have NEVER been opened to the public, apparently they were used as cells in Victorian times and were used during WW2 for storage of emergency food and water for the city, they have also been used as living quarters during times of civil unrest in the city for police and troops.
They are being opened for a short period during February - this is a "ticket to ride"!
