MESSAGE ON A BOTTLE

I spent a lot too much time on the internet this afternoon searching for the markings on this bottle. I found the glass on an Orkney beach and it is incredibly thick. Needless to say, I found nothing about 6 TOCA but plenty of other interesting things about glass to while away the time.
