The House on the Green

I just love this house. I went past today and noticed that it is up for sale.

30 years ago it was a neglected, abandoned shell of a house. No roof and very little else. Then someone bought it for about 50K. It's up for sale at 500K now. That was a good investment! If I win the lotto this weekend, I shall put an offer in.
