The joy of butter beans & aubergine

We've been weaning our 7 month old boy for a month or so now, & after starting with the whole baby led weaning thing we've found a happy medium of some spoon feeding & lots of finger food. Today on the menu, aubergine, courgette & butter bean stew... He loved it all, and impressed me by picking up the beans & chomping away happily! I hope he continues to be adventurous when it comes to eating... Happy eater, happy baby, happy mama!
