Out & About in Leeds

I love Leeds, I've lived here for the majority of my life, moving here when I was four from Grimsby.

Leeds is vibrant and lively and now with the huuuuge new shopping centre Trinity landing slap bang in the middle like a giant glass UFO it's only improved.

However......

There seems to be a bit of an issue at the moment with quite a few of the outer lying streets having a lot of betting shops and the like moving in to what used to be thriving pubs and shops.

Walking around it's easy to forget some of the finer things about the city as they're just above head height. If you take a moment and look above the initial shop window you're greeted by some phenomenal buildings. Gorgeous architecture reminding us what the building industry used to be like before it just started sticking a load of cladding over tired looking bricks.
