'Babies!'

After a strange and varied day at work it was lovely to come home in time for tea with B.

After a nice meal he likes nothing better than to sit on our laps and be read 'babies' by Chef and I.

Despite being the owner of a vast and growing library plus checking out his full quota on every visit to the library, his current favourite 'baby' is the catalogue for the Adsa baby and toddler event that fell through the letterbox last week.

Let's hope it's the bright colours and child-friendly graphics that endear him so and not that, despite our best attempts otherwise, we are raising an over- eager consumerist!
