Restoration

I had the great privilege of having dinner at the House of Lords on Monday night in the Peers dining room.

Fantastic food and at only £16.75 for a fillet steak with chips really good value too.

On the way out we passed through this particular room which is having all the individual tiles on the floor restored. All the sculptures like this one were covered in plastic to protect them so it felt a little ghostly as we walked through.
