Bakewell from the church

A visit up to the church parapet this afternoon.
I'd never been up there before and was amazed at the view that you get.
I suffer from vertigo at times but today it held off and along with the super view there's some lovely boot outlines that the builders of the church made in the stone as they drew around their shoes. Bakewell's version of the stars hall of fame outside Graumans Chinese theatre in Hollywood!
