Inspired
What a day.
Spent 3 hours watching the Gymnastics World championships (whilst cooking a roast dinner) - 40 minutes was spent literally on the edge of my seat with my hands over my mouth waiting to see if Beth Tweddle became World Champion on the floor - which she did - which was awesome (I had the priviledge of coaching Beth when she was a wee thing back at what was her first club I think - long long time ago)
Then we went to Dad's and got there just as the Grand Prix was starting - so another 70 minutes or so of sitting on the edge of my seat watching the rankings changing and recalculating in my head if Jenson Button was going to secure the championship or whether it was going to go to the wire in the final race next week. Pressure off now though - and a cracking race, especially the pit stop with the fire and spilled petrol.
Have just shown Corin how to use some additional features on software so now he is busy tinkering with pictures.
And me, I was inspired by Beth's success to see if I could still do a handstand - apparently I can...and no, the sofa wasn't holding me up - that was all me - hence the expression on my face (ignore the wobbly belly!)
