Shorty

Meet Shorty - one of the cutest and best dogs there ever was. I really wanted to steal him but I wouldn't have thought Glen and Vikki would've been too chuffed.

Popped over to Glen and Vikki's for takeaway dinner tonight, they stay in Newton Aycliffe so we don't see them that often. We were introduced to The Parmo tonight. It's popular in the North East of England and it's basically a flattened chicken breast topped with bechamel sauce, breadcrumbs, various toppings of your choosing and smothered in cheese. Not for the faint hearted and greasy as hell but oh so tasty. I decided that I was going to try and make them more well known in Scotland - we need more greasy food up here ;-)
