Taking in the glacier

Today we skied the Blackcomb Glacier, a 10 km run mostly outside of the ski resort boundary. It was spectacular, and being part of a wilderness park it wasn't allowed to be groomed or have lifts so it seemed all the more remote.

We did a couple of runs down, once with the boys for a reckie and then another with the girls.

Sometimes you need to remember to stop and take it all in. This photo is of my friend Chris doing just that.
