A rainy run

Despite the downpour during my run, despite Parents' Evening until late, despite this and that, I had a lovely run to work and feel all mellow and relaxed.

I have some meetings today which may affect that overall mood but I think that they probably will not.

I'm surfing on a mindfully content wave for the next hour at least.
