Taking a Break!

Enough bog standard stews to keep us going for a time to come, oodles of Mexican Stew to warm us up on a cold winters evening simmering away. About to put some Cottage Pies & Lasagnas together too and plenty of bolognese as well. My Freezer is going to be very happy & so am I!

Flung this in the oven before I started, I tried this recipe last week but didn't have fresh Cherries so used Raspberries and Dark Chocolate instead. While I've enjoyed getting a slice with so much dark choc this time...I shall still to the recipe of Cherries alone next time.

Break Over! Back to it...the kitchen looks like a bomb site & I'm not done yet.
