Lose oneself

Ok here is my fear about going back to work: that I will lose me, myself. What if I no longer have the ability to see little things (like faces on tree trunks). What if the majority of the day is spent doing things (the job) that I do just to have a paycheck and slowly all creativity is sucked out of me.
