St. Ann's lookoff!

Spectacular day here...sunny, warm.....blue skies!

Had an appointment up in North Sydney this morning that entailed me drinking about 1 liter of water an hour prior....no problem thought i, until half way there - couldn't stand it, the pain was intolerable. That small bladder that saved us on Christmas day was totally bloody useless this morning. The road between here and North Sydney is pretty much devoid of real peeing facilities....so i did what any dignified woman would do....i pulled over into a parking area which was empty....and squatted behind the car....luckily it is also a pretty deserted part of the road! Drank more water and had the tests done before i exploded the second time! This getting older really sucks!!! But i guess the alternative ain't so attractive. The woman doing the test was a delight and we had a few laughs!
