Old Father Time
Headed into my home town of York today on the saga of my son Matthew's phone. Trying to sort out keeping his old number with a new provider whilst he swans round Australia and New Zealand has turned out to be a major task. Fortunately, a very helpful assistant in the shop managed to resolve it for me where the web and telephone calls just left me frustrated. It was however gratifying to chat to a lady in the shop who was equally bemused by technology. So I am not alone!
It did give me an opportunity to look out for some blips and sure enough outside the shop was one of my favourite street clocks. Took a number of shots as the morning was again rather gloomy but finally decided on the one that shows the little admiral and part of the church the clock is mounted on.
