Black Mountain ravens

On the way from sister J's to Caz's before the gig, we stopped off in the Black Mountains in Brecon National Park for a few hours.

M saw (and heard) her first ravens (Corvus corax). This pair.

Fantastic views to the north, with autumn colours and the shadows of the clouds racing across the landscape.

Lovely meal from the lovely Caz, followed by a good gig despite M having to sit down to play because of her sore ankle.
