I Got the Sun in the Morning

When I heard Terri and the Aurora Chorus sing I Got the Sun in the Morning, from the musical Annie Get Your Gun, I knew it was a song I wanted to share with the children. Luckily it was videotaped and posted on youtube, and though we don’t do much screen time here we’ve enjoyed singing the refrain along with the Chorus, “and with the sun in the morning and the moon in the evening I’m alright.” There’s been some great vocabulary as well: chorus, conductor, soloist, audience, applause, jazz hands and refrain.
