Portrait of Esa

I was not going to make a portrait today, but when I saw
Esa, I knew that I will not want to avoid a portrait  today.
He had another meeting coming, so he gave me 8 minutes time.
I have worked with him loosely in a same research project sometimes.
He is a doctor of social psychology. He is working as a consultant
and he is invited if the company encounters  large organizational
changes, as we do now, or if there are problems with personnell to
get along with each other.  And I think he looks like a person who
can solve difficult situations.
