On a clear day Orrest Head is described by Wainwright as "Those few hours on Orrest Head cast a spell that changed my life."
Well not today. The plaque shows the 19 mountains and 3 towns that can be viewed from the summit.
At least it was out even if it was a struggle at times and in a perverted way I was happier struggling up a small hill in the Lakes than sitting at home feeling sorry for myself.
