Stretching Blip

I was busy till mid-afternoon, so not a lot of time for photographs. The weather was dull most of the day with some rain, so I was forced to think differently, to come up with a blip in the semi-dusk. I walked along Shandwick Place and thought Pound Stretcher had some possibilities. I don't usually carry a tripod so this is a bit hit or miss. To achieve the effect I wanted, I needed a low iso, small aperture and slow shutter speed. I then had to hold the camera reasonably steady, whilst zooming from 65 mm to 16 mm. I'm quite pleased with the result.
