Left for the airport at 2:30 am. Our team ranges in age from 14 to 76 years of age. I'm comfortably in the middle range, in case your wondering. Lengthy layover in Houston and then on to Managua. Learned of the death of a friend and former colleague this morning. I learned a great deal from him in a short amount of time. Realizing that each day is a true gift.
