Getting serious about this

These are books I've had for several years, just haven't been able to use them since my oven wasn't working. But, now that it's fixed, it's been on more than off. I love fresh homemade bread, and really enjoy making the artisan loaves.

It is said, "Man cannot live by bread alone," but with some fresh butter, a bit of really good cheese, some fine salami and a fine wine, you really don't need much else!
