Some backblipping going on here....

I'm pretty sure I blipped one of these in the past. We have horse rings from a bygone era still embedded in many sidewalks in Portland. Once in a while you can spot a horse tied up to one, like this one in front of the Bagdad Theater on Hawthorne (One Street).

It's a Portland thing.
