In an off-the-beaten track area of Buda we descended from the street into a cosy and atmospheric cellar, for an evening of elderflower fizz, food and wine. The entertainment was Jean, who, after just the fizz, was in a state of merriment! In honour of Maurice's imminent departure to Liverpool (for the football tomorrow), she decided to try her hand at a Liverpudlian accent. It was more a cross of Manchester and Yorkshire, at best!
And people say my accents are bad.
