Ocean Grove Saunter...

Got the bus into Ocean Grove with Rochelle. She was going to work, we were going to look at the place that sells/makes the water purifiers. Ocean Grove ain't too big so it took about 20 minutes to look round and get postcards sent. We walked back to Barwon Heads, only about 3 Km, and walked along the beach part of the way collecting washed up shells.

When we got back to Barwon Heads, we found a souvenir type shop that was open. It was owned by Chris Stirk. It sold fishing bait and stuff and picture he had painted, mostly of big waves. We bought a blue one for $40Au. He signed it while we were there. Got back to the house to find that the picture won't fit into the case so we'll have to post it back.

Got the bus into Geelong to go hire a car. Found it pretty easy and hired a small 2 door Toyota manual shift. Drove out to Torquay to look at the outlet surfwear shops. Torquay is a total surf town. We then drove back to Barwon Heads via the Narana Creations Aboriginal Culture Centre. Bought my dad a tie. Will go back to see the museum type part of it. Robert got me a white coat for my fancy dress Beaker costume.
