Meet ups

Went along to a meet up at an american style dinner this afternoon for some pancakes and coffee. As you can imagine it's pretty popular with all the american ex-pats;, good food in a relaxed setting and you get to meet new interesting people.

Afterwards I made the most of the nice weather after the recent rains so I took a walk along the corniche and then back to the apartment via the Souq. Along the way I caught this cool snap of the Msheireb development and it's vast number of cranes. I lost count at 30...

Still firmly in networking mode, I headed along to the Grand Hyatt where the local internations group had organised a get together.
