Pain

My runny nose from last night incubated into something much worse overnight. This caused a coughing fit which somehow was a bit violent and made me pull a muscle in my neck/ shoulder.
Needless to say movement was very tough and driving impossible.

A day in bed with ibuprofen was needed, but not what I'd been wanting to do today. Grumble grumble.
