Curry leaves.

I'm lying on the couch watching some boy on the telly make a curry and going on about how dried curry leaves are rubbish (they are) and fresh is best… aye, I get ye big man. Available from supermarkets now (tried Central Scotland) but you can get fresh on line.

I lazily grab the iPad and within two minutes I have on order several sprigs of curry leaves. Hardly moved a muscle. Now you can say the internet is a bad thing or you can say living in Central Scotland I can now get fresh curry leaves (freeze well).

Boy off the telly was right, they make a fine curry better. Where can I order fresh kaffir lime leaves? Might need to get up and walk, the iPad is over on the other couch….
