Desk-bound day :-(

Friday - so swimming this morning!

Had a bit of a late-night, last night ... so wasn't so sharp into the pool today :-(

But did manage 20-lengths, in double-quick time: of around 15-minutes, before heading into work.

I also very nearly, completely forgot to take a picture today - and this hasty shot was taken quite late after a very busy day at work: it has absolutely nothing to do with swimming I'm afraid :-(
