Bedford Embankment

Stopped off at the Embankment after visiting my wife to see how high the water was after the rains. Villages on the upper Ouse are suffering floods but in Bedford the water is still within its banks. At least one person was making the most of the extra water going over the weir. More images taken today can be seen at my Flickr site.
