I don't remember "old money" so I'm not really sure if this is a good deal or not! ( although buying cigarettes is never a good deal...)

This is in the Swindon Outlet Centre ( I know it seems that this is the only place I ever shop but if you had ever been to Swindon you would understand that the shopping centre is somewhat lacking in quality shops). As the Outlet Centre is housed in the former railway works, I assume this was original to the works. Can you imagine factories nowadays having cigarette vending machines? A change for the better....
