Dirty Streets of Tunis !

This morning some men were trying to unblock one of the street drains; it had been blocked up with loads of rubbish ;for the past few weeks rubbish has been piling up in the streets of Tunis and nearby suburbs. The manager of Café Zero said 'The Tunisian don't want to do this kind of work of clearing away the rubbish until it's too late and the drains have to be unblocked!
Initially when I first saw the black mess in the street it looked like a mini oil slick!
