Round Two

Another Feuerzangenbowle tonight.

My in-laws are in town. We spent the entire day helping a young family friend move into her new apartment in Düsseldorf - hauling furniture and boxes up three tall sets of stairs to her cute little rooms.

Then this evening my husband had invited his cousins to join us all for dinner and drinks. Oddly, none of his family had ever experienced the traditional winter wine & rum on fire. So we offered an encore performance.

Typically we do this around Christmas & New Year.
But good alcohol never goes out of style ;)
