Avian Antics

It was a dull day, rained a bit, not enough to dampen the spirits, but enough to tip the scales in favour of staying mostly inside and get some serious housework done.
Did go out for a wee while, a wee walk to nowhere, got a wee bit reading done (A Slow Passion: Snails, My Garden and Me - Ruth Brooks. Delightful)
A whole lot of twitter too.
Saints managed to snatch a 3-3 draw from the jaws of victory in an eventful (to put it mildly) game :-/
Also tidied up, cleaned and refilled the bird feeders, the crows always come to visit early doors and they "customise" various items on them.
After finishing the smaller birds rewarded me by coming out and feeding :-)
