The wild back yard life

Great blue heron paid us a visit. Apparently our living room window is the place to look for blips these days.

Taken with daughter A's camera & zoom. Unfortunately she hadn't changed the time in her camera to our Pacific time zone so it claims this was taken tomorrow 2AM on Sunday morning (Finnish time). I hope blip will accept this as Saturday afternoon's shot :))
