This is a facade for yet another back-blip.
Actually, this an image of an event or an occurence which caught my attention when I coincidentally ran pass it from the very first day I began studying in Ghent. Initially, I totally forgot about it until this evening when I coincidentally rediscovered a coincidence.

If you are able to look closely you will see that the road sign on the right side emits these seemingly random and mysterious dots consisting of the colours white and red.
During the day it is a warning sign for any significant notices for drivers or a capacity status of the parking lots in the city.

Unfortunately, it is probably someone playing a joke on us, a technical failure or just another coincidence?
Was that even a question, declaration or a statement? Probably neither one but I'd like to believe that there is a little midget hiding in there who is giving us the greatest spectacle possible.
