To each their own

Kawaii, meaning 'cuteness' is a cultural phenomenon in Japan and there's evidence of it everywhere from the Pokemon characters on the side of bullet trains and airplanes, to the pink plastic rabbits holding up scaffolding at construction sites and the mascots adorning every kind of public institution. So plants in the shape of animals are just the tip of the iceberg.
