Urban Oasis

Success... Today the wind stopped long enough for me to play in the garden.

I'd just finished cleaning our balcony and garden bed from the smattering of cigarette butts and broken bottles that fall from the balconies above and I could again take pleasure in the beauty of what grows in our inner city sanctuary.

I did manage to capture a beautiful picture of a rather colourful plant that I am unsure of the name of however I was compelled to look up.

What I saw was the above balconies plant life sprawling out, attempting to take up whatever space it could to grow...

And of coarse the offending balconies from where the litter falls.
