Getting spoilt.

Poppy cut one of the pads on her paw the other day, and it still hasn't healed up. She has been limping quite badly the last couple of days, so we decided that there was no walking or running on the gravel roads, on the beach and no getting it wet. I had been taking her for a walk in the sea each morning, but then we had to walk along the road and up the drive. Both are dusty and gravel.
So when PJ said he was going to take Gypsy up to the shed in the ute, he put his chair alongside mine, and put Poppy in it. I took this just as she heard the ute coming back up the drive, as he had forgotten to take the tools with him!!
Must have thought he had come back for her, but not luck on that one.
Another day that didn't have much booked, but turned out quite busy. PJ had to go to Havelock this morning and get some people, but the sea was quite rough.
Supposed to be going up the Pelorus tomorrow.... here's hoping we get to go.
