Lobby or Avery...

A spectacular hanging sculpture decorates the lobby of our hotel, like a large flock of birds, these hanging metal pieces give you the impression of winged mammals overhead. The lobby itself has no ceiling other than the building's glass roof, making this a particularly appropriate subject.

Taken from our corridor on the 7th floor looking up to the top 3 floors, presumably where the rich and famous stay, this picture lacks the perspective needed to fully appreciate the beauty of such a grand artwork. Thankfully, the hotel was a ridiculously pleasant space to be in, I didn't much care what the picture looked like and was ready for some dinner and an early night before the Big Day Out festival in the morning. A day of awesomeness awaits!
