Teamwork

Daughter #2 and I teamed up to prepare this cheesecake. We may need spoons, rather than forks, to enjoy it but I'm sure it's going to be delicious.

Update: Oh dear, that was a little runnier than it should have been! We followed Mary Berry's instructions to the letter, so were at a bit of a loss to explain the fact that our cheesecake was unsliceable. Then Mrs Daver, aka Mary Mary (You can blip, but you can't hide) confessed that she had bought low fat condensed milk, as it would be healthier. But, Ms Berry had specifically told us to use full fat, and what does fat do when it's chilled? Thankfully, Daughter #2 is angelically disposed towards forgiveness, so Mum's fears of the doghouse were not realised.
