Metal Man

Came across this sculpture this morning while out on a walk ,its in a garden in Upper Mount Street Dublin,,I don't know how long it is there but as we walk this way most Sundays this is the first time we have noticed it ( maybe our eyes have been closed all the time )However I think it is an interesting piece,,,
