The Office

You would have thought it would be easy to find such a large hole in the ground, especially a hole 142m deep and 120m wide! However I could never figure out where Rubislaw Quarry was, even after seeing images taken from a helicopter in the local paper.

When I started working at my current job, I knew it must have been near by considering the area is called Rubislaw, it wasn't until I went to the third floor when I saw the old quarry was right across the road!

It has taken me 4 years to get a shot of this giant hole! I want to try and get some inside the fence which contain plenty of WARNING and DANGER signs.
